  • How do I signup through GymMaster?

    There is a link on the home page or in the membership section of this website. You can also download the GymMaster app from the App Store. Login and create your password and add Icons Fitness Studio. If you follow the sign up link on this website it will get you to where you need to be. Select the class and time you want to attend and you will get a email confirmation immediately. You can also go directly through our Instagram or Facebook.

  • What happens if my bank has insufficient funds?

    If you have insufficient funds, GymMaster will try your bank in another three days. If there is still insufficient funds, your access will be denied at the door. If this or any other financial issues occur, contact our team or Owner Ken Houkamau.

  • How do I put on the class during Open Gym?

    Walk over to the iPad, open the app “Cloudfit”, select the day of the week normally shown on the home page most recents. Push play, and you’re good to go. Put your own music on through Spotify and enjoy.

  • How do I get in the doors?

    When you arrive for class, ensure you open GymMaster and your Bluetooth is turned on. Select “Check In” and the doors will open for you. If you have a payment outstanding or an issue with your membership, the doors will not open.

  • Can my kids come on the gym floor?

    We encourage kids to come to our gym and we have a dedicated space for them. We do ask kindly that if your kids are on the gym floor, they are in a pram or capsule. If not, we have a kids room with Netflix, toys and a space for them to enjoy specifically for them.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Simply email our icons team with four weeks notice and we will process this for you. We strive to be consistently challenged so please help us improve by letting us know why.
